What is live AI interpretation?

Live AI interpretation uses speech recognition and translation models to translate a speaker’s words into another language in real time, presented as audio (or text) to replace or support human simultaneous interpretation. KKLANG uses Gemini Live audio-to-audio technology for low latency and natural delivery at live events.

KKLANG’s AI interpretation can produce captions and interpretation audio at the same time: the organizer posts a dedicated QR Code, attendees scan and choose a language channel, put on earphones and listen to live translation; those who prefer to read can follow the captions.

Why KKLANG

One event, many languages

No interpreter roster to schedule and no receivers or transmitters to rent — KKLANG puts multilingual capability in the cloud.

🗣️

Multilingual live translation

Real-time two-way translation among Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean for foreign speakers, international forums, company briefings and live streams.

🔁

Two-way simultaneous

Interpreting stays seamless when speakers switch languages — the system detects and translates, ideal for multi-language roundtables.

💬

Captions alongside audio

Interpretation is generated with real-time captions shown on on-site screens, live streams and attendees’ phones at the same time.

📚

Glossary tuning

Add speaker, company, product and technical terms up front so AI interpretation uses stable, professional terminology.

Three steps

How to enable AI interpretation

You prepare the venue audio; KKLANG handles the rest.

Set language pairs & glossary

Choose the speaker and interpretation languages and upload a glossary of proper nouns to keep translations stable.

Put up the QR Code

Post a dedicated QR Code at the venue; attendees scan it, choose a channel and listen on their phones.

Save & export

When the event ends, keep the interpretation audio, captions and transcript as a record and follow-up material.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does AI interpretation differ from human interpretation?

Human interpretation suits high-stakes, highly specialized or context-sensitive events; AI interpretation is a better fit for tighter budgets, many languages, or teams that need to go live fast — the two can also be combined.

Can a Chinese speaker be translated into English?

Yes. KKLANG supports real-time two-way translation among Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, e.g. ZH→EN, EN→ZH, JA→ZH, KO→ZH.

Do I need interpretation equipment?

No. Interpretation happens in the cloud — you just post a QR Code and attendees listen on their own phones and earphones, replacing common receivers and transmitters.

Can captions be delivered at the same time?

Yes. AI interpretation can generate real-time captions in parallel, for on-site screens, live streams and attendees’ phones.
